Yes! My daughter is - Saturday 6/9 - I cannot believe that’s a week Saturday…😞😞😂😂…she’s doing MT. When are you moving in?? And what is your YP doing?? We didn’t visit the halls - did you? What they like if you did….
 
Hey 👋 so happy to hear from someone else. My daughter is moving in on 31st Aug, but may come home for a few days if nobody around until the following weekend. She's doing stage management. We saw the halls, seem ok, nice big kitchen, think they are like most halls but good they've got the en-suite! I can't believe how soon it is, I'm freaking out a bit!
 
Ooo exciting course…. Oh that’s good to know…. For sure re the en-suite….hoping moving so late she gets left room in the kitchen 🙈😞😂😂…do you live close by?? We’re coming from Manchester so a bit of a trek. Freshers week looks full on…

I'm sure she will. We are in Hampshire about 1.5 hours away. Good luck with the trip from Manchester. They freshers week looks brilliant, especially the boat party, I'm jealous 🤣🤣. It's so scary for us mums but my daughter is so excited ( and a bit nervous). What floor are you on?
 
I think 2nd floor? Yes my daughter the same, v excited but a little apprehensive- to be expected. The boat party looks fab…and all the outfits they need…thank heavens for vinted..🙌🙌😂😂
 
Cool, mine is ground floor! I know, all the outfits on top of everything else they need! I'm leaving her to sort her outfits that week she's there before she starts. Love a bit of vinted. Wil take some photos of the rooms when she moves in, so you have an idea.
 
It is yes….my other daughter is of to a “normal” uni & she’s been set up with a WhatsApp group for the whole hall (constantly getting pinged with messages 😞😞😂😂) but also ones been set up for her flat- which is really good as getting to know each other a little before they move in
 
Wow you've got 2 going at once! Are they twins? Would be nice to know who was in the flat although not long to wait now!
 
Ha!! No, H spent this last year at Conti. Think H has managed to get in touch with 2 of her flatmates via snap chat…but it would be good if they sorted out intros. Maybe a feedback point, although I’d have thought it would have been raised before???
