Good morning.
Has anyone had experience of using the LIPA shop?
Our son asked for one of the hoodies for his birthday. We checked the measurements carefully as sometimes he's a small and sometimes a medium. We decided a small would be right, but when it arrived, it's obvious it's too small. (Now kicking ourselves we didn't just order medium, since it did say unisex). I emailed the shop a week ago but have heard nothing back and when I rang the number, I got put through to LIPA who said it's an external company so they couldn't help. We just want to exchange it but no idea how.
Wondering if anyone has had any issues like this and could advise as to what we can do?
