Budget: No idea (£700 incl bills)
Preferred area: Oldfield or anywhere 20-30 mins ride to Uni

Must-haves: Double bed
A bit about them: Enjoy meeting new people, settled very well in first year in a shared bath and kitchen hall. Easy going, love gaming, chess, gym and does not drink. Studious and have a part time job. Looking for people on the same course with similar interests - rap music, basketball and pool.

Lifestyle: loves to party but also happy for quiet days.
Must have double bed, en-suite would be amazing or more than one bathroom if a large house.
Makes friends easily, very sociable, works part time, goes to the gym, dance society.
Happy to live with any year group, honest, can’t cook much.

A bit about them: Friendly, sociable but shy, Enjoying current halls of residence, which has a shared bath and kitchen. He loves socialising, going to the gym, board games, chess and gaming. Loving his course (maths).

Urgently seeking a housemate in Bath, we have a house lined up but one housemate has pulled out. House is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Oldfield Park, a short distance from town and station. Three Norland student girls, would prefer another female housemate. We are friendly but relatively quiet. Not big party people but enjoy an ocassional night out/drink. Will be out at college/placement a lot of the week.

Keen to sign for the house as soon as possible.
