Hi everyone— looking for some advice on finding student accommodation in London for September 2026.
I'm seeking a student accommodation with two other undergraduates from UCL/KCL. We have a combined budget of £2,700/month (£900 each) and are looking for somewhere in Zone 1 or 2 with access to the District, Circle, Central or Northern lines.
Two questions:
1. What are the best places/sites to search for this type of flat for September?
2. Does anyone know of current students (third-years especially) who are looking to hand over their tenancy or find someone to take their place? And is this something common?
