Hiya, too much freshers fun eh?! 
My babe has been very down. 
However, I’m very pleased today. She did the journey to Putney exchange alone and did some shopping. Then when she got back someone asked her to go food shopping with them. Next thing I knew, she was laughing because they got the wrong bus back and went who knows where lol. So thankful to hear she was out and about today with someone. Even if they did do a big detour lol

Hi! just found this ! Daughter settled in well, was a very late applicant (end of August!) , late decision to go to Uni and also got a women e sports scholarship to boot! She's home this weekend but i have visited her and its a beautiful campus x
Welcome, indeed it is a beautiful area with Richmond Park so close. Nice to hear your DD settled in well. Mine's also is settled in and enjoying it.

Have you seen your children yet since they went off to Roehampton? I saw my dd briefly for a few hours after she was there a week (accommodation issues to sort), then i went Fri-sat last weekend and stayed over in their conference rooms, she is home this weekend, we have seen her a fair bit which is nice. She has to fit coming home in with her Esports tournaments so cant always get back at weekends. Its lovely having her here even if the house seems messy already lol. Have a good weekend all

My DD was home for a few nights as Elm grove have had a few fire alarms in the early hours & she wanted a good nights sleep

Hi, Reply from my daughter: Accommodation is pretty good all-round. The accommodation halls in Froebel are decently sized and you have an ensuite and a shared kitchen (for 6-8 people) - I can definitely recommend it. There are also some more expensive accommodation blocks, but to be honest, although you get a slightly bigger room, I would save your money there.
