My son has an offer and has firmed it for Business management. Just needs to get the grades now. Anyone else with a son or daughter going there? I feel a bit strange as he is my eldest and first to leave home but we loved it when we looked around.
 
Hi! I have a son also going to uni this Yr to study Bus.mgt but elsewhere, however my older son is at Cardiff doing Computer science, will be going to his final ŷr this Sept. My son loved Cardiff first time we visited and the city is so vibrant. My son is an introvert so we haven’t got to see half of what the city has got to offer. I think the business school is quite strong and has a very good reputation. Great choice!

Hi, my son has also just firmed Business management at Cardiff. He’s my eldest too so in the same situation!

Hi there! My son is going to Cardiff to read history. My eldest and first to leave home too. Im
Not sure which of us will have the biggest adjustment! Thrilled for him but I know I’m going to miss him so much. Cardiff is a great city.
 
Hi my daughter has a confirmed place ( she sat her A levels in 2021) studying Psychology in September. She loved the offer holder day. Anyone else have a son/daughter studying the same course?
 
Hi, my son will be studying Banking and Finance in September if he gets the grades. We are just looking at the accommodation options and deciding what to choose. Any thoughts?
 
Hi, hopefully my daughter will be studying at Medical Pharmacology in September, so long as she delivers the grades. My eldest too, going to be an enormous change being so far from home and I’ll miss her dreadfully. She seems rather cool about it all however!
 
My daughter has an offer for Bus Mgt at Cardiff and we’re coming to look in the next few weeks (we live abroad). Is it worth attending the Offer Holders day? We’d heard it was a much shorter event than in previous years. Thanks

There are offer holder days on 01st and 02nd July And I believe you can book onto them on line. My daughter came home last night and said she had attended a virtual offer holder day yesterday, they may do more of these. She said it was very useful as they gave a demo lecture and a lot of discussion around her course (pharmacology). He could always contact admissions at Cardiff to find out more info.

Hi Hayley, my son is going to Cardiff in September to study Politics. He is my first to leave home as well and I feel gutted. I'm so excited for him, but so sad that he will be leaving and moving so far away.

Has your son put in his preferences for dorms yet?

Hi, did he attend any of the Business School Offer Holders days? Unf we haven’t been able to and have a few questions about the course. We’ve not unf been able to speak to anyone in the Bus School.

Yes, he selected his top ten as required. Choices were all his own. I’m sure he’ll be fine whatever he gets.

Can I ask how she’s found the course this year pls? My daughter has an offer for the same (with Marketing). Do you know if most of next years teaching is likely to be face to face? Thank you

Hi there, sorry I’m only now seeing this! My son has just confirmed Talybont North, have you confirmed accommodation now?
