Just to add some detail - the beds are single and transform in a desk. There are two wardrobes in each room along with 2 chairs already. Shower curtain and loo brush both new in the bathroom. Storage in the bathroom is quite good as a cabinet on the wall and a basket above the sink. My daughter took a shower caddy that suctioned to the wall of the shower for bottles.
There is no pin board in the room but lots of door and wall space for posters and photos etc. Above each bed are cupboards either side with shelves in between for books. There is a small bedside table with a shelf. As my daughter is on her own there is lots on under bed storage that is visiable under of the beds. If you have one bed and other as a desk lots of room to add boxes or drawers underneath. Also space on top of the wardrobe. If this was a shared room it would be pretty small. The wardrobes are different to each other. One is built into the wall. And has a large shelf at the top for bags, small luggage. It then has hanging and a safe at the bottom but no shelves. The small wardrobe has no shelf at the top but 2 shelves further down under the hanging. If you have any long items to hang this not the wardrobe for you. The shelves are good to put folded items on. I bought in ikea a combination of trays to put underwear in on these shelves. Please note there are no drawers at all in these rooms. One bed has more sockets on the wall than the other. If a single occupancy and a permanent desk I would advise 2 extension cables. Floor space is quite big for one and could have quite a big rug otherwise if sharing space for a small rug beside the bed. There are coat hooks on the wall as you come in and a small radiator. There is a heated hand rail in the bathroom which will be handy for drying clothes. In the kitchen there are 2 designated cupboards with room number on one for each person sharing.
