Hi, my son is loving living in Polden. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable and the uni are looking after them well. There is the added advantage of a shared sitting room and laundry room with the neighbouring flat - so 16 people in total to bubble with. He actually returned after Christmas and is in lockdown with 3 of his flatmates. He is on the 5th floor looking out over Bath so a way better backdrop to those online lectures than if he was sat at home in his bedroom.

Is Polden on campus or off?
 
On campus. If you look on the details of the accommodation on the website then it describes it as being on the quieter side of campus. It's on the side near the golf course. However Bath is a pretty small campus and everything is very close. FYI it was my son's 5th choice - the allocation seems to be very random. It is the most expensive but it looks to be the most comfortable. We were a bit annoyed at the allocation in the first instance because of the cost, but given the current environment we are grateful that he is comfortable and happy!
