Due to my son coming home at the beginning of November and deciding not to go back this academic year I now have a room to rent in the True accommodation building in Birmingham, 5 mins walk from New street station and the Bullring.
It’s a large room with a TV, en suite and a self contained kitchen. The building also has communal kitchens, gym and lots of other amenities that can be seen online.
I have spoken with the accommodation management and they are happy for us to rent out to another student.
Happy to consider a cost that works for all parties.
