Hi anyone applying for home status from abroad? We have been asked to submit a letter from my husband’s employer but they have no clue what to write in it. Can someone please share extracts from theirs? Thank you

Hi Linda, typically you have to show that you have links with the UK. Every university approaches this differently. You may be asked to provide tickets/boarding passes for travel to the UK, owning a house also demonstrates links, a friend of mine was asked by one university to provide evidence, via CC statements, of spending in the UK. If your employers are able to give you a letter proving that your employment overseas is temporary then this will help to show that your child does not have a permanent home outside of the UK.
